We’re excited to be part of Medway Pride Fringe for 2025, celebrating creativity, inclusivity and community in the Old High Street Intra area.
A week-long line up of events Sat 9th to Sun 17th August, from family friendly, to nightlife, creative, comedy and cabaret.

Monday 11th August
UPCYCLED ACCESSORIES WORKSHOP
6.30pm-9.30pm
A sociable sewing evening, upcycling old vinyl Medway Pride vinyl banners into a bag or accessory. Basic sewing machine experience is advisable, but only simple stitching is required for some of the suggested makes. Or if you prefer, try channelling your inner Sewing Bee persona, freestyling ideas and using your sewist skills with the materials on hand, saving the vinyl banners from landfill.

Thursday 14th August
SHINY PRINTY PRIDE DRINKIES
7pm-8pm, and 8.30pm-9.30pm
Bar until 10pm
It’s back – our popular printing party with a shiny happy boozy twist! Enjoy an evening screen printing a colourful T-Shirt with a Pride slogan of your own invention, and embellish the other side with shiny foil-printed patterns. Delicious cocktails are on sale from a pop-up Poco Loco cocktail bar, and a Medway Pride Radio playlist will bring the party mood.

Pride Fringe activities and events programmed by Intra Community Trust are happening all week, and delivered by venues and partners in the Old High Street Intra area and beyond. The events are designed to complement the Medway Pride festival at Rochester Castle and the parade along Rochester High Street on August 16th.
