We’re certain of the important roles that art and kindness play in tackling health and wellbeing challenges. This was one of the reasons that we started our ‘Wave’ arts club for young people aged 15 to 24 who are at raised risk of suicide.
Our print studio has a wide range of presses and printmaking equipment for paper and textiles. Used by a friendly community of printmakers it’s a great place for people from all over the South East to work on print projects. The studio can also be hired by the day for intaglio, silkscreen or relief printing for groups.
On Tuesdays INTRA is buzzing with Karen Verma’s popular glass classes, with intricate fused glass, copper foiling, stained glass and mosaic pieces being created over a series of weeks or months by her students.
Fancy Tat have brought their exciting bottle cutting workshop to INTRA, and it’s been going down a storm. In their three hour workshop you can learn and practice Fancy Tat’s tried and tested methods to cut and sand salvaged bottles and make items including glasses or lanterns.
Phoenix Consciousness Life Coaching are offering an 8-week Holistic Integrative Creative Arts Therapy course in March and April 2024. Developed for autistic adults identified or diagnosed in adulthood, the sessions are led by therapist Natasha Corcoran. Continue reading

We were proud to be part of music charity Live Music Now’s exciting new three-day event IntraFest in mid July 2022. This is Chatham Intra’s music festival, championing local musicians across a huge variety of genres, with guest artists from around the UK, in shops, restaurants and surprising locations between Star Hill in Rochester and Sun Pier in Chatham.
