Vote Results – Female Leaders

The ten selected female leaders of Medway.

We recently asked you to help us choose 10 female leaders of Medway, as the focus of our two-year textiles and songwriting project The Cut Of Her Cloth, co-produced with music charity Live Music Now.

Well it wasn’t an easy task choosing but the votes are all in, and we’re delighted to announce the ten women who have been selected.

Workshops

We’re looking forward to starting the textile workshops in the new year. If you’d like to take part in creating banners, ceremonial garments and songs around these women’s work and stories, or if you’d just like to receive updates on the project: please sign up to the mailing list.

We launched this project for Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee in summer 2022.
